Oliver E. Harris, a Rockbridge County, Virginia native. Harris served in Co. H., 18th Infantry, 1st Division, AEF

Richard J. Howard, VMI Class of 1915, was Second Lieutenant, British Expeditionary Forces, Black Watch. Killed in action in France, March 17, 1916.
