VMI Archives Online Photographs Collection

The VMI Archives photographs database includes thousands of images in a variety of formats, spanning the 1840's through modern times. Included are individual and group photographs of cadets, alumni, faculty; views of VMI buildings, cadet life, athletics, and other areas of Institute history; and a number of special collections relating to specific topics (for example, Stonewall Jackson). The collection also includes a significant number of photographs associated with collections of personal papers.

Images are viewable online and are fully searchable by keyword, personal name, date and other descriptive information.
