Biographical / Historical

James Winchester Breedlove was born in 1843 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He graduated VMI in 1863. During the Civil War he served with the Confederate States of America engineers. After the War he was a civil engineer. Breedlove died in 1889 in Houston, Texas.
