Miscellaneous papers (17 items) of Brigadier General William Albert Tidwell, Jr., USA (b. 1918 d. 1999) Tidwell was a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute Class of 1939. During his military career he worked primarily as an Intelligence officer, and subsequently was with the Central Intelligence Agency. Agency.ale Agency in the 1950's and 1960's.
