Biographical / Historical
William Bayard Dunbar, of Atlanta, Georgia, entered VMI in September 1926 and resigned in June 1928 in order to attend Georgia Tech. He served in the Air Force during World War II and spent his career in the insurance business and as a draftsman. He died in April 1968 in Atlanta.
