Biographical / Historical

Charles Clement Richardson (b. Norfolk VA 1933 d. 1984 Poway, CA) graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 1937. He was the owner of the Charles C. Richardson Construction Company was was a developer in the San Diego area for more than thirty years. During World War II he was a Civil Engineer with the U. S. Navy Reserve, stationed at Quoddy Village, Maine.
