The interview was conducted in 2006 by James Dittrich, VMI Class of 1976. It covers General Morgan's years during World War II at VMI and in the Army Enlisted Reserve Corps (ERC); recollections about graduate school work; and his early teaching career at VMI. The bulk of the discussion covers the years 1941-1957.
